USER REQUIREMENTS
Local and Permanent Resident :
- MyKad
- Valid drive’s license
- Work Card/Student ID
- Utilities Bill (SAJ/TNB)
International Traveler :
- Passport
- Domestic/International Driver’s License.
- Utilities Bill (SAJ/TNB)
Non-Eligible :
- Expired license
- Fack or lack of documents
- Suspicious behaviour
- Criminal records etc
VEHICLE USAGE AND TRAVEL POLICIES
Only the person and additional drivers specified in the contract are allowed to drive the rental car, and the renter is not allowed to allow any third parties to use the rental car without the permission and authorization of the company.
Usage Policies :
- No drugs and alcohol
- No car theft, swap/selling car internal parts
- Irresponsible attitude & other crime acts (escort, robbing/snatch thief, kidnapping etc)
- You will face real & serious consequences from the top management and the PDRM (Polis Diraja Malaysia).
- We will ensure that you will be taken into custody and sued immediately. NON-NEGOTIABLE
Travel Policies :
- Renters are NOT ALLOWED to take the rental car out of Malaysia, e.g. Thailand and Singapore, or locations prohibited by and without the company’s permission.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
First come, first serve basis and full payment is required to get a car rental reservation. The payment link is sent via Whatsapp when you confirm the rental, price and terms.

CANCEL & REFUND
Security Deposit amount : RM 200.00
Refund Policy:
- Refunded in 5 to 7 days from the return date via local or international bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel on public holidays/early returns/last minute: Strictly NON-
REFUNDABLE - Cancellations done within 14 days rental date: 50% REFUNDABLE
- Cancellations done before 14 days rental date: FULLY REFUNDABLE
- Cancel on public holidays/early returns/last minute: Strictly NON-
FUEL USAGE POLICY
Fuel Level Requirement :

- Renters are required to return the car with the same fuel level as it was delivered. Failure to comply will result in an additional fee
Refueling Service :
-
- Renters have the option to request a full petrol refill. Charges are based on fuel type, car mode and current petrol prices.

- Economy/Premium/Luxury: RON95 or RON97
- Exotic: RON97 or RON100
- Van/Starex : Diesel
CAR MILEAGE POLICY
1-2 days rental :
- 130-200KM/day (for economy, premium & luxury* cars)
3 days & above rental: :
- Unlimited Mileage (for economy, premium & luxury* cars).
Surcharge after exceeding mileage cap :
- Economy – Premium (200KM/day): RM0.20 – RM0.80 per km
- Luxury* – Exotic* (130KM/day): RM0.20 – RM0.80 per km
INSURANCE CLAIMS
Eligible :
- If repair cost exceeds the excess liability amount as stated in the contract agreement.
- Renters must secure the number plates and photos of all vehicles involved in the accident.
- Immediately inform Coop Car Rental and submit necessary photos of the accident (all parties) on WhatsApp before going to the nearby police station to make a report.
- Renter is required to pay the excess liability amount accordingly as agreed in the car rental contract agreement.
- Send us a clear photo of the police report and the excess amount transaction slip on WhatsApp.
Non-Eligible :
- Where repair cost is below the excess liability amount as stated for each vehicle’s class.
- Where a police report is not lodged within 24 hours from the time of the accident.
- Where the renter is in breach of the terms and conditions of the vehicle rental agreement.
- Where items or accessories missing from and/or in the vehicle.
- Where any damage caused by drunk and/or drug intoxicated drivers
- Where any damage to the tyres or rims, which are not attributable to normal wear and tear
- Where any damage to the exterior body, cabin interior, head/tail lamps, undercarriage and/or underbody damage that is not attributable to a collision with another vehicle
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by a flood, fire, landslide, or riot
- Where the vehicle has been driven outside the set geographical location.
- Where the loss, damage, or theft is caused intentionally, or due to gross negligence of the Renter or an authorised driver.
- In the event of a total loss or theft of the vehicle, the Renter has an option to continue with an existing vehicle (the existing vehicle can be of any age) as a replacement for the vehicle, charged at the same rate, or terminate the existing contract.
CAR SPEED LIMIT POLICY
- We highly appreciate drivers who follow our ‘below 120KM’ driving speed limit rule, and have your deposits refunded quicker too!
If the renter continually speeds above the set speed limit of 120KM with the rental car, we are authorised to forfeit the total security deposit amount, if necessary. Upon returning the rental car, we may request the renter to pay an additional security deposit fee through one of the payment options.
