If you rent a car for a day on a daily basis, the daily charge will be apply as usual. For example, if you rent for 2 days, and more than 8 hours, hence, an additional charge of 8 hours will be applied according to the type of vehicle. Please contact our representative regarding the charge rate.

Every rental car slot reservation must be accompanied by a Security Deposit of RM 200 and will be returned within seven (7) working days if there is no record of a claim and damage occurs during the customer’s rental period.

Sorry. A deposit of RM 200.00 must be paid in advance for car reservation. We only accept payment by instant transfer and cash deposit only. Car rental payments can be paid when the car is handed over to you in cash or online transfer.

Yes. Every rented vehicle is covered with Standard Vehicle Insurance

No penalty are being charged. However, rental payments and Deposits that have been made will not be refunded.

Minimum 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Trial License (P) is not accepted.

Full payment must be made before or when the car is handed over to you. No installment payment terms are offered.

For additional rental time, please notify Coop Car Rental in advance before the current rental ends to check slot availability. If the slot is still suitable, you can add a daily car rental only. Overtime payments must be settled before the end of the original rental. If the car already has another reservation, you need to return the car according to the original rental slot. However, we will offer other models to those of you who want to make a rental connection if there is still an empty slot.

You can enjoy discounted rental car rates by renting a minimum of 7 days and above, weekly, monthly and annual contract packages only.

Your Security Deposit Payment will be used to pay the suit. If not enough, we reserve the right to make a claim against the tenant until the suit is settled.

For damage in the negligence category, every minor damage such as scratches, normal dents, or contingency categories such as pothole flat/broken tires, rocks/cracked mirrors, repair costs are fully borne by the renter. You are advised to cooperate in the discussion of appropriate compensation payment methods. The repair process is only carried out in our panel workshop to guarantee low prices, minimal downtime and standard repair quality.

For accidents involving third parties that require a police report to be made for a claim, Coop Car Rental will work with you. For accidents caused by your own negligence, even if the repair costs are borne by the takaful party, the damages you have to pay include the summons from the authorities (if any), and the amount of Non-Claimant Discount (NCD) during the vehicle involved, and claims this will be detailed by Coop Car Rental for your understanding.
